Sharpening efficiency: Sharpi uses monocrystalline diamonds to quickly sharpen and smooth all types of blades. Two grades of grain – 600 for initial sharpening and 1000 for final grinding of edges allow you to achieve perfect sharpness.
Construction: It has a plastic base, to which metal plates coated with monocrystalline diamonds are glued on both sides. The unique sharpening surface with oval holes collects and retains metal particles, created during sharpening, which keeps the surface of the grinder clean. Each country has a different grain: 600 for sharpening dull edges and 1000 for final honing or sharpening slightly dull edges.
Multifunctional : Thanks to its large width (75 mm), it easily sharpens long blades like kitchen knives, axes and scissors. The large work surface is also convenient for precision sharpening of smaller blades.
Instructions for use : Place the sharpener on a flat, horizontal surface. Depending on the dullness of your blade, use one or both sides of the stone. Side #600 for sharpening really dull knives or for sharpening ceramic knives. Side #1000 is for smoothing the surface of the knife and frequent sharpening.
