Return conditions

Free on-site returns at any physical Rossbull Arm store for all products, purchased online or in store.

Purchased goods can be returned within a period of 14 (fourteen) days of receiving it, if not used, printed out, with impaired commercial appearance and under all other conditions under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. The costs of returning the goods are at the customer's expense, except in cases of manufacturing defect, in which they are taken over by Rossbull Arm.

Refunds for returned products are made by 14 working days after receiving the products in our warehouse. We will contact you, to provide us with a bank account, on which to refund the amount paid.

In the event of a manufacturing defect occurring within 30 days from receiving the order, Rossbull Arm undertakes to repair or replace the damaged goods or refund the amount to the customer. In the event of reported deficiencies upon receipt of the goods, the customer should notify immediately of their type and quantity.

You can return products with an original or a copy of the receipt (digital or paper with legible fiscal information).

Products, which are non-refundable, regardless, that they are unused, with:

Thermal underwear and socks;
