Payment and delivery

  1. PAYMENT

CASH ON DELIVERY (CASH PAYMENT TO COURIER ON DELIVERY)

Payment is in full (specified in the completed order email) and is paid in Bulgarian leva, directly to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.

  2. Delivery by courier (for the whole country) is carried out through the courier companies Econt Express and Speedy. Orders, accepted until 16:00 h. on a working day are delivered the next working day (except for small settlements, which are serviced according to schedule by the courier companies). Depending on the customer's desire, delivery can be made to an Econt Express office, Speedy office or to the customer's address. For smaller settlements, standard delivery is carried out according to the schedule of the courier company serving these settlements.
  3. The ordered goods are delivered suitably packed according to their type and the transport used for delivery. Under the circumstances, leading to a delay in the execution of the order, the customer will be notified in a timely manner on the specified contact phone number.
  4. In case of untimely delivery, Oragie.Net owes no penalty to the customer, and he reserves the right to refuse the order.
  5. If the customer does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address, Oragie.Net is released from its obligation to fulfill the requested delivery. In case, that the customer cannot be found at the specified address or has submitted a wrong/incomplete address, the second delivery is paid extra by him.
  6. Upon delivery, the customer is obliged to open the package and check whether its integrity has been preserved IN THE PRESENCE of the courier. If the product is broken or damaged, it is necessary to declare it to the courier at the time of delivery. In case of detected damage to the shipment and packaging, together with the Econt/Speedy courier, a finding protocol is drawn up in two copies, one for each of the parties, in which the species is described, the condition of the packaging and the available contents of the shipment. Otherwise, the cost of the shipment and delivery remain at the customer's expense. "Rosbul Arm" EOOD is not responsible for damaged shipments, which are not declared in the presence of a courier.
  7. Terms of Delivery*:

6,99 BGN. for orders up to 5 kg. and below BGN 99.

11,99 BGN. for orders up to 10 kg.

20,99 BGN/23.99 BGN for orders from 15 kg. up to 30 kg.

29,99 BGN/32.99 BGN for orders from 30 kg. up to 50 kg.

  1. Delivery time:

1 to 3 days for deliveries from Bulgaria

14/20 days for EU deliveries.

All costs (for courier services) for transporting goods to and from the customer are at his expense, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The delivery prices are determined by the courier companies and their changes do not depend on "Rosbul Arm" EOOD. For orders over 99 BGN. and up to 5 kg delivery is free.
