How can I order?

Do I need to register?, to order?
Not, registration is optional, to place an order through the site. But with a one-time registration, you will shop more comfortably and monitor the status of the orders made.
What does "Quick Order" mean??
The possibility to order only by filling in a phone number to contact you. It has no relation to the time of execution and delivery of the order.
When will my order be delivered?and?
Orders, whether placed by phone or online, are processed in the order they are received.
Order of products in stock received by 16:00 h. on a working day, prepared and shipped same day, being delivered the next working day to any point in Bulgaria, if you have selected a courier company office to receive. If the office is open on Saturdays, you have the opportunity to receive the order on that day as well.
Order of goods in stock received after 16:30 h. on a working day, on a day off or a national holiday is prepared and sent on the next working day, being delivered on the second working day from the day of the order.
If you wish to order or have ordered products with longer delivery times, the delivery will be carried out according to the terms set for the specific product.
Please, keep in mind, that some of the items, that you find on our site are available in stock and may take longer to prepare for shipment. Then, An Oragie.Net employee will contact you, to let you know when you will receive the desired item.
*Delivery deadlines depend entirely on our partners from the Econt company. In some settlements, deliveries are made until 3 working days.
How can I make a correction to my order??
To correct your order, you need to contact us by phone or e-mail by 16:00 on the day of the order. After this time, corrections to the order are not possible, as your shipment is already on its way to you.
The product, which I buy, will it look exactly the same, as depicted on the website?
The products, placed on our website, are with images provided by the respective manufacturers. We strive to be as up-to-date as possible. In case, that you notice an admitted discrepancy, you can inform us by email sales@oragie.net, to correct the omission.
Adhering to our policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to make changes to products at any time without prior notice.
Do I have a Preview and Test option?
Yes, Oragie.Net ships all orders with a preview option, and we add a test to all goods with a size, so that you can safely see and try the products, before paying the cash on delivery value.
How to determine your size when choosing a garment ?

Can I exchange an item I purchased??
Yes, you can exchange a purchased item within 14 days of receiving it, for another item offered on our site, as the price difference will be changed.
The item, which you are returning must be in preserved original packaging with intact integrity together with all accompanying documents and all accessories, with which it was delivered to you.
Returning products without a tax document, proof of purchase; without packaging or with damaged packaging (incomplete one; without a tag or with a damaged one) incomplete one; with signs of wear, blow, scratches, injuries or other external marks; with spots, broken, broken, pierced, stripped, burnt out, perfumed or washed; with traces of manipulations and any other type of intervention, cannot be respected.
Can I return a product I ordered??

The items, which you are returning must be in preserved original packaging with intact integrity together with all accompanying documents and all accessories, with which they were delivered to you (cash receipt, original labels, accessories and gifts).

IMPORTANT: The refund of the paid price is done by bank transfer, for which it is necessary to send us the IBAN of the personal account, in which you wish to receive the money. Please, do not return cash on delivery products, as they will not be able to be accepted.

All goods from Oragie.Net are with 2 annual warranty (legal guarantee) for compliance of the goods with the sales contract, which begins to run from the moment of receipt of the goods.

- Damage and violation of the integrity of the product, as a result of actions, which are not related to the normal use of the product.
