1. General conditions

TI BI Bank EAD ("The Bank") jointly with "ROSBUL ARM" EOOD (or "The Merchant"), in order to promote the products they offer, organize a promotional campaign under the conditions set out below.

For all financial products of the Bank, participating in the Campaign, these General Terms and Conditions apply, as in the event of a conflict between them and the individual contracts, concluded between the Bank and the users, received the right to participate in the Campaign. The general conditions are publicly available on the Bank's website www.tbibank.bg and on the Merchant's page Oragie.Net

Campaign parameters:

I. CONDITIONS, MECHANISM AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

1. Conditions of participation. All natural persons of legal age take part in the Campaign, who simultaneously fulfilled the following conditions:
2. have entered into a consumer credit agreement with the Bank for general use "Quick purchases" with 12 monthly payment period in the campaign period;
3. with the consumer credit agreement, the purchase of goods with a value of and over is financed 120 BGN, purchased from a store and/or from the website Oragie.Net;

• Individuals do not participate in the Campaign, who have entered into a consumer credit agreement for general use "Quick purchases" during the Campaign period under other promotional conditions, outside of those mentioned above and/or have purchased a product, which is not of a value of and above 120 BGN, purchased from a store and/or from the website of Oragie.Net;
• Participation in the Campaign does not require any action on the part of the user. Every user, eligible to participate, automatically becomes a participant in the Campaign and benefits from the promotional conditions announced in these General Terms and Conditions.

4. Campaign Promotional Conditions

Every user, acquired the quality of a "participant" in the campaign, receives at the time of purchase 10% (ten percent) discount on the price of the designated goods. Bank funds the rest of the price.

• When choosing a product, campaign, with a price of 1050 leva, The user receives from the merchant a discount from 10 % and the price due for the goods becomes 945 leva. Bank funds the purchase of the selected goods at the reduced price of 945 leva. Contributionso per month will be BGN 92.93 at GPR 35.71% and GLP 31.73% for a period of 12 the month.

Applies to all goods over 120 BGN purchased in the period 01 July – 30 September 2025, taken on repayment with TBI Bank for a term of 12 the month.

II. RESPONSIBILITY

The organizers undertake to comply with the provisions of the Regulation when processing the personal data of the participants in the promotion (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council from 27 April 2016 year on the protection of natural persons, in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and for the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Personal Data Protection Act. In the Privacy Policy of "TI BI BANK" EAD, available on the Bank's website - www.tbibank.bg and in the Personal Data Processing Policy of "ROSBUL ARM" EOOD, available on the Merchant's website Oragie.Net, the information about the Organizers is indicated, as controllers of personal data, for the purposes and grounds for processing personal data, for the categories of personal data, which process, for the recipients of the personal data, on the rights in relation to the processing of personal data and the manner, on which they can practice, as well as the data storage terms.

III. DISPUTES

In the event of a potential conflict between the organizers and the campaign participants, the conflict is resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the participating parties submit the conflict for resolution to the competent Bulgarian court.

IV. TERMINATION OF PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

The organizers reserve the right to end the promotional campaign at any time, but only after informing the public about the impossibility of continuing the campaign due to objective reasons, independent of the wishes of the organizers and beyond their control.
