Super C-Clamp removable sharpening clamp, Lansky
Lansky's removable universal Super C-Clamp is patented to facilitate the sharpening process. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum, used in aircraft construction. It can be attached to different surfaces and at different angles.
Useful information: Angles for sharpening the brace:
An angle of 17° – Recommended for razor blades, scalpels and other similar instruments. Provides extremely sharp, but a delicate edge.
An angle of 20° – Typically used on higher quality knives and provides an excellent cutting edge on kitchen tools and filleting knives.
An angle of 25° – This is the most used angle for sharpening knives. Recommended for most knives, which need durable and sharp edges. It's perfect
for hunting and everyday knives.
An angle of 30° – Exceptional angle for knives, which are used in severe and extreme conditions.
